The four rooms that were installed had the same size and dimensions (17.5 m x 12 m x 5 m), but each one had a different design and print. Each room had its own name: Global Partners, Business Transformation, Logistics & Industry and eDelivery.
Inside each conference room, there was a stage backdrop with a front projection screen. These comprised LEDs to give them a distinctive and personalised touch. They also each had a different and representative colour, together with a personalised print to display the logos of partner brands and companies.
The size of each stage backdrop was also the same (17.5 m x 5 m) in all conference rooms.
