How Does It Work?
The build process starts with assembling modular aluminum frames that click together easily thanks to the “Union Pieces” or “Positioners” (remember: no tools required!) These lightweight frames come in various shapes and sizes, including the essential “A” and “F” frame models, which are the foundation of the structure, allowing for endless configuration possibilities. Flat walls are formed by connecting frame to frame and using extensions to scale up to the desired dimensions. Custom angles and radiuses further enhance your stage design, offering maximum adaptability to meet the visual and spatial needs of different venues.
All components are secured using high-performance clamps and unions, the core of this tool-less assembly system. These simple, fixed, pressure fit units allow for interior and exterior corners, specialty connections and rigging. When used overhead, they come equipped with standard safety cables. Once the frame structure is complete, it is seamlessly finished with black Molton fabric or white PES Blackout fabric or printed fabrics, that attach via Velcro™ for a precise, professional look.
